Have any of you tried Turducken?
I've just noticed them available at the store and I'm curious to know who is eating this for Thanksgiving dinner? (or any time really).
Please share your insights.
I am apprehensive about eating anything with the word "turd" in it.

errr... this is a funny coinkidink because O was talking about them yesterday. i love duck and its juices and supposedly it makes the turkey tastier since it's a drier poultry. i would try it once just out of curiosity and i always try things at least once.

Happy late Thanksgiving. We had WAY to much food after we all had eaten it looked like nothing had been touched! My belly still aches!
I've heard that these things are very difficult to cook correctly. There is a lot of risk for bacteria. If you ever make one, let me know how it turns out!
